Try an Introductory Coaching Session
You've probably read through my website and decided there is something I can help you with, so let's get to know each other and find out which of my many coaching packages would suit you best.
- Sign up for an introductory 45-minute telephone coaching session below. (Free in 2008.) You will receive my Welcome Package by return email.
- The Welcome Package is designed to guide you through your introductory coaching session. In it you will find a questionnaire. Please fill in your answers to the questions as openly and honestly as you can. Keep a copy for yourself, and e-mail one back to me 24 hours before our call.
As you work with me in the introductory session, you can begin to identify your goals and define the issues that are holding you back. This session is valuable just by itself, and I promise that, by the end of the call, we'll have identified the next steps for achieving your dreams. We will also have set some action steps that you can get started on right away.
How to get the most from your introductory session
The most important thing to do in your introductory session is to relax and be as open and honest as you can. Remember, this is completely confidential, about you and for you, so make the most of it.
Note: By agreeing to an introductory coaching session, you are NOT committing to coaching. It is vital that the process feels right for you before you consider continuing.
Objectives of the introductory session are to see if:
- You and I are a good fit; this coaching match has to work for both of us.
- You are willing to commit to change.
- Coaching is what you need right now.
If you find that the session has been valuable and that you would like to continue, I will support you in making any changes necessary to help you achieve your career and personal goals.

- Visit my online schedule to book your trial session.
- Check your e-mail to retrieve your Welcome Package.
- E-mail your answers to the questions posed in the Welcome Package back to me Krissy(at)itgirlscoach.com 24 hours before your session, and then count the minutes until our call.
