Krissy Jackson: Executive Career Coach
Krissy Jackson CPC, ACC, our founder is a professional certified ICF Associate Credentialed Coach with additional certification in adult education. She is an inspirational, results-focused professional with a history of high level leadership, group facilitation and training skills.
She has 6 years executive coaching experience and has coached clients in companies as diverse as BP Biofuels, Cisco, Credit Suisse, Glencore, Hewlett Packard, Johnson & Johnson, Nordstream, Siemens and Thomson Reuters.
She works with her clients to enhance self esteem, motivation, interpersonal communication, efficiency and leadership competency. People who have worked with Krissy say she is kind, insightful, and an energizing master of encouragement.
Krissy is dedicated to raising standards within the coaching profession and to building awareness of the value of coaching. She is currently serving on the International Coach Federation Global Board of Directors and is also the board liaison to the Conference Education Steering Committee for the ICF Global Conference to be held in Fort Worth this year.
Krissy is originally from New Zealand, although she has lived and worked in Europe for the last 20 years, 14 of those have been in here in Switzerland. She coaches in English, and is available for private 1-1 coaching around the world via Skype, and in person in central Europe.

Claudia Seeger: Associate Coach
Claudia Seeger is currently completing her ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach (CPC) training at the International Coach Academy (ICA) and joined The IT Girls Coach in 2010.
Claudia is German, and has recently returned home after living and working for 5 years in Barcelona/Spain. She currently works for an international high-tech company as Marketing Director.
Since obtaining her degree in Business Administration and Business Informatics, Claudia has held several marketing management positions within the IT industry. She is an expert in marketing, channel communication and new media, was jury member of Channel Marketing Award 2009 and speaker on Channel Marketing Conference 2010.
Claudia coaches in English, Spanish and German and is available for personal coaching around the globe via Skype, and in person in South Germany.
Claudia specializes in career coaching especially career starters, career orientation, relocation coaching as well as marketing coaching and personal branding.
